objective
	To obtain gainful employment where I am able to apply the many skills that have been acquired through years in the field of education, and continue to do so for the school/district that encourages its students to persevere through adversity and welcome life’s challenges. My employment history is a snapshot of my varied cultural experiences and professional abilities. However, I am interested in developing my skills to pursue employment for the school, which will allow me to expand my knowledge in order to assist the public satisfactorily.
Experience
	2013-Present   Nash-Rocky Mount Public Schools                           Rocky Mount, NCCertified ESL Teacher n  Teach middle school and high school kids, whose first languages vary between Vietnamese, Spanish, and Arabic (among others), how to speak, read, write, and effectively understand the English language.     2012-2013     Nash Community College                                             Rocky Mount,NC Basic Skills Instructor n  Teach adults of varying ages Writing,Reading,Languauge, and Social Studies in order to prepare them for taking the GED test(s). 2011-2012     Tutor Time Daycare/Learning Centers                       Durham,NC Preschool Teacher n  Teach children ages 4-5 years based on the ‘learn through play’ ideaologies of Jean Piaget. n  Create lesson plans in accordance with Tutor Time curriculum guidelines. 2008 – 2011   Chatham County Schools                                             Pittsboro, NC Teacher for 6th Grade English as a Second Language n  Provide daily instruction in accordance with NC Standard Course of Study for ESL students. During this time, also was a permanent ESL substitute for Henry Abbott Technical High School in Danbury,CT.
